Saw this recently in some pages. I really like the idea.
On august the 10th at 19:55 to 20:00 hrs, people are proposing to turn off all lights posible to give our planet, our home, just a 5 minute brake from all the energy consuming that goes around. This proposal comes from france, but imagine the masive energy save that we can cause if this goes world wide.
Please, its only for 5 minutes.
Apagón mundial: El 10 de AGOSTO de 19:55 a 20:00 Hrs. se propone apagar todas las luces para darle un respiro al planeta. la propuesta proviene de Francia. si la respuesta es masiva, el ahorro energético puede ser brutal.
